Easy Returns & Exchanges:
If you wish to return your purchase for any reason, simply send it back within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price. Exchanges can be made up to 90 days from the delivery date.
All returns must be clean and undamaged. Gift certificates, altered, made-to-order, & custom-made products are not returnable.
Request a prepaid return label by emailing your order number to service@toughtraveler.com or by opening up a chat request. The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.

THE TOUGH TRAVELER WARRANTY:
Tough Traveler products are guaranteed to the original owner against any defect in workmanship or materials without any time limit. If failure occurs due to a manufacturing defect, we will, at our option, repair or replace the product. Zippers are specifically warranted for two years. Normal wear and tear, accident, and misuse are not included in the warranty. Damage not covered by the warranty will be repaired at a reasonable cost.

The Samoyed is our largest wheeled suitcase, built with a solid yet lightweight frame. With a huge capacity and packable design, it will carry everything you need, when you need everything!

• A solid-framed large suitcase, with hard paneled sides, top and bottom for stability when standing independently
• Large main compartment
• Two large exterior side pockets, each: 3" x 9" x 23" each
• All pockets close with 2 lockable, heavy-duty YKK zippers
• Inside main compartment, lining the walls, are four large open organizer pockets
• Full-length & width flat zippered compartment on inside of lid flap
• Adjustable tie-down straps inside, to keep folded clothes from shifting
• Stands independently
• Sturdy, 2" wide wheels, and heavy-duty handle
• Made of heavy-duty 1000 d. Cordura®, with reinforced Rhinotek® base, top, and side. Select colors made in Diamond Ripstop.
• Retractable handle secures at two height levels: 38" & 43"
• Water-resistant material protects contents
