Returns
If for any reason you do not wish to keep a Tough Traveler item, you may return it in unused condition within 30 days of the invoice date for a full refund of the purchase price. If you return your item after 30 days but within 90 days, we will be happy to extend store credit or make an exchange!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You may remove tags and packaging.
Clearance, discounted, altered, made-to-order, & custom-made products are not returnable.
Gift certificates may not be returned.
Please include a note with your invoice number and your contact information with your return. If there is more than one item on the invoice, please note which you are returning.
Shipping
To return your item, please request a return label via email or chat. The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are directly shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
